Tatyana Kulida

b. 1981 Tatyana is a Russian-born painter and a graduate of the Florence Academy of Art in Florence, Italy where she also taught drawing and painting. Tatyana now lives in Wellington, New Zealand where she paints and teaches in her Te Aro studio. Tatyana is a prizewinner of the ARC scholarship and the John F. and Ann Lee Stacey Scholarship. Her work can be found in private collections in the UK, USA, Europe and New Zealand as well as in the permanent collection of the New Britain Museum of American Art in New Britain, Connecticut and the Cameron Museum, Wilmington NC. Tatyana's recent showings include "The Royal Society of Portrait Painters Annual Exhibition 2014", London, UK, "Chiaroscuro", New York, NY, and "The Royal Society of British Painters Exhibition 2015" where she has received the 'The de Lászlà Award for Classical Draughtsmanship'.
